Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Pinmyreel, a sole proprietorship, Pune, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”), for your use of Pinmyreel at pinmyreel.com. By confirming you are 18 or older on your first visit, signing in, or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Pinmyreel lets you paste a link to a public Instagram Reel or post, finds the places it shows, shows them on a map, and lets you save them to lists. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta or Google. We do not host or copy videos. We keep only the places found and the public caption text.

2. Results can be wrong

Places are identified by automated AI and checked against Google Maps. The results, confidence scores, map positions and directions may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check opening hours, safety and access before you travel. We give no travel, safety or professional advice.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding contract.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
Give accurate information and keep one account per person.

4. Tokens and payments

Tokens pay for finding the places in a Reel. Mapping a new Reel uses 1 token and shows up to 3 places. Reading a Reel someone has already mapped, saving places to lists, and showing places on the map are free. The current prices are always shown on the Tokens page.
New accounts receive free tokens.
Packs are sold in Indian rupees. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added to our prices.
Payment is processed by Razorpay. Tokens are added to your account once the payment is confirmed.
Tokens have no cash value, do not expire while your account is active, and cannot be transferred or sold.
All purchases are final. We do not refund tokens you have bought, except to correct a payment error as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change prices, pack sizes or the token cost of an action. A change never affects tokens you have already bought, and the new prices apply to what you buy or do afterwards.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

submit links to private content, or content you have no right to use, or use the service to harass, stalk or locate a private individual;
break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, including Instagram’s terms of service and creators’ copyright;
use bots or scripts to bulk-submit links, bypass limits or overload the service;
probe, attack or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our written consent;
abuse free tokens, for example with multiple accounts.

6. Content and ownership

Reels belong to their creators and to Instagram’s users and licensors. Your lists and the places you save are yours; you let us store and display them to you. The Pinmyreel name, logo, design and software belong to us. Map data, place details and directions come from Google and other third parties and are subject to their terms.

7. Suspension and ending

You may stop using Pinmyreel and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, abuse the service, or the law requires it. Unused tokens in an account ended for breach are not refunded.

8. Our responsibility

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or any loss from relying on place information or directions. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹500 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses if your breach of these terms, or content you submit, leads to a claim against us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Using the service after the date means you accept them.

11. Governing law and disputes

Indian law governs these terms. Please write to our Grievance Officer first so we can try to settle it. If we cannot, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have as a consumer to approach a consumer commission.
